Quartz Counter Tops That Simply Cannot Fail

There are so many things to consider when choosing your quartz counter tops. Cabinet color, flooring choice, wall color, appliances, you get it. Quartz is a BIG investment and you need to be sure you get it right. I have done nearly 200 kitchens since quartz took over the market. In this blog, I am going to show you the 5 choices that I have found to be perfect, every time.

Cambria Quartz

Cambria Berwyn

"Berwyn” from Cambria Quartz, ( pictured above) is a perfect neutral with a little bit of silver bling! The pattern mimics a granite rather than a true quartz. Being that it is not too warm and not too cool, it makes for the perfect neutral choice. This selection looks stunning with any flooring choice. It is simply gorgeous on every cabinet color I have used it on! For those that follow the “less is more rule’, the subtle silver glitter in it perks up any space, eliminating the need for lot of additional bling. It will not disappoint.

Pompeii Quartz

The next three of my favorites come from Pompeii Quartz. I like Pompeii because most of their colors are available in half slabs. Making them an affordable splurge.

Pompeii White Lightning

“White Lightning”–  a brilliant white base with fine and sharp veining that resembles lighting bolts and looks great on anything you put it on. Most of my clients that gravitate towards this one, also love more contemporary design and appreciate the gentle drama of this pattern.

Pompeii Bianco Napoli

“Bianco Napoli”– The best version of cararra marble I have seen in quartz. The base color is not quite as bright white as the white lighting but still a lovely white. The veining is much softer but still has a good amount of drama.

Bianco Napoli

Statuario

Very closely resembles the Bianco Napoli but also contains a mix of warm and cool veining. This looks great on all cabinet colors, while also lending itself really well to spaces with warm wood tones or warm neutrals.

Wilsonart Lucca

Last but not least is, Wilsonart’s “Lucca”. It has of a light gray/white base and very large veining throughout (closely resembles Calacatta marble). My favorite slabs will also have a touch of gold in the veining, bringing a nice mix of warm and cool tones. It is this mix, that brings perfection to any space and will give you a lot of versatility, both with the selections you are making now and those you make in the future.
